Here's a snapshot of my history and my experience…
I began my career in home construction in 1989. I graduated from the Tile Layer's Union School in 1992 & became a sub-contractor in 2000 conducting bathroom remodeling and inspections for mold, improper water penetration prevention, fastener placement, and effective silicone placement. I served four years active duty Navy on the USS Enterprise, three years at Fort Carson as a Construction Battalion - CB member (Navy SEABEEs), and an additional 14 years in the Air Force..
I retired from the military in June of 2021, as a reservist & an active duty member. I transitioned from bathroom only inspections to complete Residential home inspections. I use infrared thermal technology, moisture meter detection, combustible gas detection, elevated mold spore detection and radon canister instruments within my home inspections.
